About Coach Dez

Coach Dez M80 Moore is an Easton Pennsylvania Native. With only one season of youth wrestling he came back to the sport his junior year of high school. He graduated 2007 with 2 district medals including a championship, 2 regional medals including a championship and a PIAA 3rd place state medal. Following high school Dez spent his freshman year at Penn State University. As a redshirt freshman he devoted the second half of the year to freestyle wrestling. In 2008 he won a Jr national title and got to compete for a Jr world team spot at the olympic training center where he took 2nd. This allowed him the opportunity to compete at the Jr Pan Am games where he placed 2nd in Greco and 3rd in Freestyle. Coach Dez then spent time at Millersville University and Kutztown University where he graduated in 2012. At KU he was one win away from qualifying to compete at the D2 NCAA tournament. After college Dez got into MMA and boxing which led to a move to Florida in 2015. While training and fighting he found his way back into coaching. After Spending multiple years assisting high school teams and youth clubs in the South Florida area it was time to open his own place. While training for his most recent fight in August of last year, Coach Dez started running all his private and small groups training out of the garage of his home. When numbers started growing with private lessons the search for the M80 Training Center began. Coach Dez opened the doors to his new training center in May of 2023.
